Anderson is an established ICT specialist, possessing over 34 years of experience in the industry, 26 years of which have been spent in various managerial positions at ICL Botswana (Proprietary) Limited where he currently serves as the company’s Managing Director and co-owner after its successful transition from a foreign owned entity to 100% citizen owned. Beyond ICT, Anderson has a diverse background, having begun his career as an engineer as well as taking over a cattle farming business under International Properties Limited, another entity in which he is also a Director. Mr Kgomotso is highly skilled in Corporate Governance, Business Strategy Development, Project Management and Evaluation, Change Management.
