Priscillah Ndadi Group Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director

Priscillah Ndadi is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Old Mutual Botswana, bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. Her career has been defined by transformative operational leadership across non-banking financial institutions, with a strong strategic planning, governance, and leadership track record.

 

She previously held executive roles, including Chief Operations Officer at two life insurance entities in Botswana, and has served as trustee and principal officer across multiple insurance and pension funds. Her leadership continues to shape Old Mutual Botswana’s commitment to performance, compliance, and customer-centric growth.

Priscillah holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Accountancy, has completed the Leadership Development Programme, and is a Licentiate of the Insurance Institute of South Africa.
