Ronald Joseph is an accomplished mining executive, with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions, including Operations Director and Managing Director of AEL Mining Services currently trading as AECI Botswana. His technical expertise, coupled with his strategic leadership, has driven growth and operational blasting and explosives applications excellence across various mining operations. Ronald is currently the CEO of Dyron Mining (Proprietary) Limited, a local Botswana company, providing expert solutions in the fields of Blasthole Drilling, Drilling & Blasting Services, amongst others. He currently also runs the Botswana and Zambia businesses for ENAEX Africa.
