Milton Modikele is a seasoned insurance professional who is deeply committed to innovation and digital transformation. He joined the company in 2018, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience in insurance underwriting, brokering, bancassurance, and affluent banking. Throughout his career, he has held various roles in customer service, sales, business development, and portfolio administration, achieving notable success in operations.

As the Group Head of Operations, Milton draws upon his extensive operations experience gained from his previous positions within Old Mutual Botswana group and other employers. In these roles, he provided support to critical functions such as Product and Actuarial, Finance, Claims, Sales, and New Business Underwriting.

Milton has pursued professional development through a range of educational and training programs, including obtaining certifications such as AAT, COP-Life, ICiBS, and Certified Manager. He also completed a PGD in Global Business Management, a Digital Marketing Nanodegree, and holds an Executive MBA from Guglielmo Marconi University (GMU) in Italy.
