Omphile Botlhole is the Group Enterprise Manager at Old Mutual Botswana, where he is tasked with supporting the business in achieving strategic aspirations, while navigating ever evolving risk and compliance landscape. He brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering and enterprise risk management, ensuring that business growth is underpinned by robust governance and ethical practices.

He is a versatile leader with over 12 years’ experience in the insurance industry, the larger extent of which was in regulation and supervision, spanning across life insurance, general insurance, reinsurance and insurance intermediation.

Omphile holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management and Finance and is a Fellow Member of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (FIISA), an Associate of the International Compliance Association (AICA) and a Member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS)
