Precious is currently the Group Head of Legal and Company Secretary for Old Mutual Botswana.

Precious is an attorney by profession, as well as a governance and compliance practitioner with experience in the insurance financial services sector. Precious started her career in private practice within a specialist corporate commercial firm, Khan Corporate Law. She has served as the company secretarial administrator at BIHL Group as well as the Compliance & Legal Manager of the life business, Botswana Life. Her breadth of experience ranges from compliance risk management, corporate and commercial law and corporate governance.

Precious is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA). She holds a BA (Law, Psychology) and LLB from Rhodes University, as well as post graduate qualifications in Corporate Law and Compliance Management obtained from UNISA and University of Cape Town respectively. She has also completed the Sanlam Pan Africa Emerging Leaders Development Programme and the Sanlam Emerging Markets Senior Leadership Development Programme, both through the University of Stellenbosch Business School Executive Development.
