Priscillah Ndadi is the current Group Chief Executive Office of Old Mutual Botswana, responsible for driving the group strategy plan in Botswana. This will involve strongly leading the growth of the overall business towards becoming a top three insurance provider in the country.

Priscillah brings with her over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, having held several key and executive management roles across the non-bank financial services sector in leading institutions covering life insurance, pension fund administration, asset management and funeral services.

Before joining Old Mutual, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Metropolitan.

Throughout her illustrious career, Priscillah prioritized the development of strong leadership and business competence, empowering teams to deliver consistently in line with strategic objectives.

Priscillah holds an MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Derby, and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Botswana, as well as having completed a Leadership Development Programme through the University of Stellenbosch. She is also a Licentiate of the Insurance Institute of South Africa since 2011.
