Old Mutual Life Botswana seeks to appoint a medical review board whose role will be to assess client cases for insurance review and making reasonable recommendations to the business. The Board will be made up to 15 medical practitioners countrywide. The following specialities are required:
- General Practitioner
- Specialist Physician
- Cardiology
- Neurologist
- Pulmonologist
Note to Bidders
Locally registered companies are allowed to tender independently and should prepare the following for submission:
- Practice profile
- Practice incorporation certificate (e.g. certificate of incorporation for companies or certificate of registration of business name for sole proprietorship or partnerships)
- Companies and intellectual property extract indicating shareholders or proprietor and directors
- Certified ID, Copies of Directors, Shareholders and or proprietors
- Copy of a valid Tax clearance certificate
- Relevant Insurance certificate (Professional indemnity)
- Copy of BHPC (Botswana Health Professions Council) registration card
- Reference letters from at least 3 clients
