  • A certified identification document (Omang for Botswana and passport for non- citizens).
  • Proof of residence in the form of either utility bill, lease agreement, affidavit or tittle deed.
  • Source of funds/Proof of income in the form of pay slip, bank statement or letter of employment.

    Customers may submit documents at our premises:

    Customers can also email the documents to us OR their Broker offices.

    • Certificate of incorporation
    • Notice of Registered Office and Postal Address
    • Identification documents of the person(s) managing the company
    • Resolution specifying who is authorised to act on behalf of company
    • Identification document(s) of the person(s) authorised to act on behalf of the company
    • Director documents (form 13)
    • Certified copies of Director national identity documents (Omang for Botswana and passport for non- citizens)
    • Shareholding Certificate
    • Partnership agreement
    • If no Partnership Agreement exists, a letter from the partnership confirming that no written partnership exists and identifying:
      • a. the operating name of the partnership,
      • b. Address of the partnership
      • c. Purpose of the partnership
      • d. Full names and addresses of all partners
    • (Letter must be signed by all partners)
    • Notice of Registered Office and Postal Address
    • Identification documents of the partners (Omang for Botswana and passport for non- citizens)

    Families have complete freedom in how this lump sum is used so that they can remember their loved ones according to their own personal, religious and cultural preferences.

    • Constitution or other Founding Document in terms of which the entity is created.
    • Proof of residence in the form of either utility bill, lease agreement, affidavit or title deed.
    • Identification document(s) of the person(s) authorized to act on behalf of the entity.
    • Notice of Registered Office and Postal Address.
    • Trust Deed
    • Letter/s of Authority issued by the Master of the High Court to each trustee.
